One of our favorite wineries to visit. Great location just east of Murphy's on hwy 4. Really nice property with open views of mountains and nice to stroll around. Great sunset opportunities here.

Amazing big trees in this park. They have a warming hut in the winter and Stanislaus river is accessible during warmer months. Many options for walking through the forest.

Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, it's a summer haven with boat rentals, restaurant and bar. Food is great, sometimes you'll be treated to acoustic music. Great for walking/hiking.

It off a dirt road so a little longer to get there but so worth the effort. Great swimming, jumping in, paddling, picnicking, camping. It's the perfect mountain lake! Pack a picnic lunch and have a great day.
