A small town about 9 miles from the house. It has a beautiful city park with a walking trail and tennis courts. There is also a Wal Mart if you need to pick up essentials for your stay!

Bull Shoals is approximately 10 miles from the house. It has Brown's beach for some relaxing by the lake and swimming! You can also visit the Bull Shoals Dam Overlook to explore the Dam's history and take in the incredible views! If some bass fishing or water skiing interests you, Bull Shoals Lake Boat Dock is your place! Bull Shoals Caverns is also a popular site to visit (seasonally) and a great way to spend an afternoon in a cool cave!

Guided fishing trips
If you plan on taking a guided fishing trip during your stay, it is best to book well in advance, especially during the peak Summer months. While there are many companies you can book with, the closest ones near the house are (in no particular order of preference) White Hole Resort, Stetson's Resort, and Cranor's Guide Service.
Pro tip: Many of the guides will pick you up from the house, right there on the bank of the property. Just let them know which house to come to!

Boat rentals
If you are familiar with running a jon boat, and are comfortable with fishing on the White River, maybe boat rental is the way to go. The closest places to rent a boat are White Hole Resort and Stetson's Resort. Please book early, especially during the peak Summer months!
If you would like to go relax on the nearby Bull Shoals Lake, Bull Shoals Boat Dock is the place to go for boat rentals. Again, book early!
