This place has the best coffee in town. Nothing to look at - in-fact just a whole in the wall, down a side lane however usually the queue gives away the secret - there's something special roasting inside.

Looking for a good sized, quality breakfast? This is my go to. Fantastic coffee too. The service (waitstaff) can be hit and miss but I am always patient because this company are known for giving people a start. There's also an incredible range of cakes if you want to call back in for some afternoon tea.

Tranquil, bird-rich parklands with walking tracks, lakes & kids' play equipment. BBQ facilities available. I feels like I am a million miles away in a bush setting. I love to look out for the different birds, fish and turtles. You will find educational boards on the types of wildlife you can see. Great photo opportunities. It is walking distance from the house but you need to walk through an industrial estate so I would suggest driving if you have a car.

These are performers that bring the mansion alive in a night tour/show. As you make your way through the mansion you feel like you are living the history of the building and the founding family members (quite a story). Entertaining, enthralling and lots of fun.

These are performers that bring the mansion alive in a night tour/show. As you make your way through the mansion you feel like you are living the history of the building and the founding family members (quite a story). Entertaining, enthralling and lots of fun.

I do some work for Grazeland (next door) and the customers there have talked positively about taking the kids there for a fun day and passing by Grazeland for lunch or dinner. Also the customers who been out enjoying a kids free date night - they have combined dinner at Grazeland with a visit to the Scienceworks planetarium. You would need to prebook the planetarium.
