With many picnic areas along your scenic 2 K journey along the Sturgeon River - grab some refreshments and or food at the market as you will be sure to want to sit awhile and enjoy the serenity of the area.

For those with children, just a block east by way of sidewalk or park you will find Bertha Kennedy School. Bertha Kennedy offers not just one, but two amazing large playgrounds for your kids. In the same area you will find tennis/pickleball courts, skating rinks, baseball diamonds and soccer fields which encircle Longview Crescent.

picnic, skate on the lake in the winter months when allowed, or take your fur baby into one of the off leash areas provided adjacent to the lake. This is a beautiful place to sit and reflect or relax while in St. Albert.
