If you have never been to Crater Lake before, this place needs to be high on your bucket list. This of one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen and it’s right in our backyard. Make a day off it and stop by Diamond Lake along the way. This is about 2 hours away.

About an hour and forty five minute drive, Diamond Lake provides a plethora of outdoor activities. The fishing is fantastic due to the lake being regularly stocked. The owner Ray, is well loved in this own. This is a very small place, but they stay very busy. Make sure you don’t get there to late, as they only make a certain number of pizzas each night.

This place stays very busy and I would recommend getting reservations or getting there earlier in the night. Got smaller groups, you can often find seating at the bar, which is still a very nice place to be.
This was a vacant mansion ever since we were kids, until someone had a beautiful vision to remodel it into a fine dining restaurant. The food is good, and the ambience is excellent.

This is our favorite mexican food restaurant in town. Good is great & authentic, though it can get busy and wait times are not ideal. They do have a drive through option, which can provide convenience when in a hurry.
