We love this place for a day trip. Bring your rash guard or shirt as you will literally be sliding down rocks. If you have a hard time keeping your feet or balance, just sit down. Be prepared for mountain water freshness, so bring a towel to warm yourself.

Just a beautiful area of the North Carolina mountains. Lush landscapes, flowing creeks and rivers, and native wildlife fill this national forest. We catch some really nice trout up this region, and try to camp or hike if have extra time!
