It's outside Rome (Ostia), if you have a car it's worth a trip to the touristic harbor. great restaurant, they serve raw fish, oysters, and all the kind of Italian pasta. this is my preferred spot, maybe expensive in the range of 50-70 but worth for a special occasion and a great dinner waterfront
