Well, it's so touristy that I wouldn't go there to buy food, but I'd go to have something to it in Bar Pinotxo, inside the market. For another nice market, check up the Mercat de Santa Caterina.

I think this needs no explanaition.... a tip: if you want to avoid the line, you can buy the ticket online at ticketmaster. This can be very helpful in a place so visited everyday.
