The coffee bar Supreme Roastworks has been a gathering place for bike lovers in Oslo, both amateur and professional cyclists. I’m not sure exactly how well cycling and wine drinking combines, but at least you can have a glass of wine while your bike is fixed.

In 1936, an open-air café was built at Festplassen - the square on top of the hill - which is still a popular summer café today.
