Bread is crispy, a generous dose of delicious butter, you can choose your ham between several varieties and add some good cheese.
I took jambon cuit au piment d'Espelette with old comté.
It's not spicy at all, and the cheese is delicious, a bit salty, not strong in taste (don't great the French cheese, taste it).
People there are very nice !
It's pricy if you compare to industrial stuff, but really worth the money!

There are no seats, everyone stands. The place is small but it has a good energy.
