Central/Main Bus Station - if coming by bus or by airport shuttle bus to the MBS, from here catch one of local buses number 1A, 1B, or 7 to get to the apartment. The name of exit bus stops are Starčevića 2 or Boninovo 2.
Other option is taxi/uber, or walk cca 30 minutes.

All monuments such as famous old town walls, Marin Držić's theater, the House of Marin Držić's turned into the museum (where he was born) and other different museums, various churches and beautiful old monasteries, arts galleries, Dubrovnik's library, Dubrovnik's summer games (festival from 10.07. to 25.08.), different shops (clothing stores, souvenir shops, jewelry shops...), various restaurants and coffee bars etc - all this is located in the old town center.
