Nice bike trip to do in aday, rent your bikes, get them on the train (6 euro for aday pass for the bike in addition to your train ticket) toAbcoude, get off, and bike along the river Vecht, goingdown southeast towards Utrecht. You’ll see old mansions, castles, lovely countryside and villages all in one. The journey probably takes 5 hours if you bike leisurely. Have dinner in Utrecht, and return to Amsterdam (30mins on the train) http://goo.gl/lUPVgQ
