I don't have a coffee maker so this is a great, close by location that you can walk to in less than 5 minutes! To walk there, go out the backdoor of my building, take a left on Summit and right on Lafayette. Right after you cross the bridge, there is a sidewalk on the right. Take that until you reach the stairs on your left side. Go down the stairs, take a right and the coffee shop will be on your right hand side.

My absolute favorite place to get pizza and open late! Definitely order by the slice as you will want to try all of their crazy concoctions. Fun fact? I love Ian's Pizza SOO much that I was Ian's Pizza customer of the month once! The one on North ave is walking distance from the apartment but my claim to fame was the one on Juneau/Water St across from the bars.

The intersection of Water Street & Juneau have a ton of great bars. Crowd is much younger (think post college). Trinity and The Harp were my go to's back in the day. Make sure you pop in for a late night slice at Ian's Pizza across the street!

In terms of beer, this is probably my favorite brewery in Milwaukee! Lots of delicious options! And just a short walk from Lakefront Brewery if you also want to do Lakefront's tour.
