Long known for their fresh-baked bread, muffins, bagels, etc. they just renovated to add on a cafe that will offer in-house seating for breakfast and lunch. We haven't even tried it yet, but we're dying to check it out.

Parks & Nature
The Wissahickon is one of the main attractions of NW Philadelphia. It's an absolutely beautiful wilderness park with miles of hiking trails, tucked into an urban setting. You can hike the trails or walk along the relatively flat and wide expanse of Forbidden Drives, which follows the Wissahickon Creek at the bottom of the ravine that forms the park.

The Morris Arboretum is absolutely beautiful, and just the right size for an afternoon or a morning of exploration. We highly recommend the 'Squirrel Scramble' treehouse and the Log Cabin for those with kids. If you're visiting during the holidays, be sure to check out the Holiday Garden Railway.
