They offer open lane swimming as well as rehabilitation for people needing to gain strength. Kid swim classes take place most afternoons. They also have a small cafe, perfect for a hot cup of coffee post swim.

Walking through the coastal area is always a delight, with so much to see both on land and sea. Maybe you’ll be lucky enough to see whales or dolphins, oystercatchers and kingfishers. Small flowers that hide amongst the grasses and the constant sound of sea and birds. It’s a good walk, and not too difficult though take note of the wind direction as that makes it more strenuous.
