It is open from 7 am to 6 pm, less than a block away from us, has free wi-fi, spaces to rejoice in the garden; and on Saturdays, the Bioferia (sale of organic produce) is set up on the back of the park, Calle 15 de Enero-Calle Juan de la Fuente. A block from this corner you'll find another park, Parque Pablo Arguedas.
