Pretty sure this is the best restaurant in town. Co-owner Chef Thomas Boemer is the National King of Porc (with a real deal crown), but works magic throughout the menu. Check out their tasting menu and one of the most innovative wine lists in town. They always have great vegetarian options and are very willing to accommodate dietary needs - just call ahead.
