A great National Park with a good variety of wildlife - also offers forest canopy walks - night drives and is not a big park so good for young children with Isoitok Camp only 20 mins away so very easy to return to the camp to relax without having to drive for hours.

A great National Park with a good variety of wildlife - also offers forest canopy walks - night drives and is not a big park so good for young children with Isoitok Camp only 20 mins away so very easy to return to the camp to relax without having to drive for hours.
Being only 45 mins from Isoitok this park is great to take as a day trip outing - the park is very diverse with a good variety of wildlife including the big cats and large populations of elephant. Birding is excellent with over 500 species add that to what we have in Isoitok Camp will keep you busy with y9our bird count from morning to night - return to isoitok by 17.20 in order to hike the short walk to our sunset view point offering views across The Great Rift Valley.

Tarangire National Park
Being only 45 mins from Isoitok this park is great to take as a day trip outing - the park is very diverse with a good variety of wildlife including the big cats and large populations of elephant. Birding is excellent with over 500 species add that to what we have in Isoitok Camp will keep you busy with y9our bird count from morning to night - return to isoitok by 17.20 in order to hike the short walk to our sunset view point offering views across The Great Rift Valley.

For those that like a challenge, Mt Meru is waiting for you with its peak being at 4566 metres above sea level - climbs can be achieved in 3 days but this is for the super fit extremist which requires a summit and decent all in one day with a accumulated walking total of around 15hrs - the 4 day option is a far better choice allowing time to soak in the park and rest up after the summit.
