Tucked away in an alley, Tasi is one of our favorite stops for breakfast. This place has a healthy and diverse menu, they are a small place and fill up fast so going early in the morning or during slightly off-peak hours is our recommendation.

Straight shot to high street from 796. Because it's a larger restaurant it can more easily accommodate groups and typically has shorter wait times. They have a huge menu and great pizzas. They're open for brunch thru to dinner.

Excellent Mediterranean addition to the Short North culture. It's a "Chipotle-style" ordering method. You create your meal as you walk through the line up. If seating is full inside, they have a few tables outside in back.

Super cheap, really yummy greek food. The environment inside isn't much, but they have a secretly large back patio that is charming and a great ambiance. If the weather is nice, it's worth checking out!

Because... sometimes, you just need late night pizza! This particular location is a concept restaurant with an attached indoor/outdoor bar. They often have live music as well. You can sit here and watch the tv or the night life. They do also have a drive thru which you can access behind from the alley.

Drooling just thinking about this place. An Italian restaurant with great charcuterie and cheese. One of their most popular items is their giant meatball appetizer. One of our favorites is the Melted Pecorino Cheese app.
They also have strong gluten-free substitutes that don't compromise on flavor or texture.
Definitely recommend a reservation to be on the safe side, although high tables near the bar are first-come, first-serve.
If you're not opposed to dining at the bar though, you should always be able to find a seat pretty quickly.

If seafood is your thing - specifically, Oysters - this is your place! Personally, I don't do seafood but have always found strong alternatives here. My husband and friends however, LOVE oysters and they always leave The Pearl happy!
This place books quickly however so reservations are recommended. Unless, you don't mind dining at the bar, in which case, you shouldn't have to wait too long.
