It is a Irish market. Lots of Irish products but also regular American foods as well. What i like about this place, they have this hot table and 2 size of containers to pick. You can order any food from hot table to server fill it for you and it is a fix price.

You should go there in the morning and also in the evening. Beautiful view. You can take the ferry to cross the river to Manhattan.
Just take the 7 train to Vernon Jackson station and keep walking until you see the water.

It is part of the city but it is nice. I recommend you take the tram to get there. It is on 2nd avenue and 59 street corner. You will love it.
