This villa is located on Mekong riverside, on very quite street. It's large and secure, surrounded with high walls, which make you feel very safe and private. It includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 separate kitchen, 1 sauna . All rooms are full-furnished with all modern appliances to make your stay as convenient as possible. There is a lot of space with green trees in front of villa for you to enjoy your relaxing time such as reading books, drinking tea and talk with friends in the shelter.

The flat comes with 2 bedrooms, bathroom (Jacuzzi) and separate toilet, modern kitchen, ground floor for free car parking (2 cars) and roof patio. Air conditioners are equipped in the lounge room and 2 bedrooms. Washing machine and kitchenware are provided. No pet is allowed.
