An exclusive house in the very heart of one of France most famous wine village. All the comfort of a stylish contemporary home with the charm of an old village house. Relax in a very private courtyard with a pool, 3 sun decks with partly shaded areas or entertain friends and family around the BBQ area. The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. We recommend having your own vehicle (car, motorcycle or bicycle) to take full advantage of the place and its surroundings Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic Provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. Votre séjour se déroulera dans une villa cosy située au cœur d'un quartier résidentiel calme. Parfaitement distribuée, vous trouverez en rez-de-chaussée les espaces salon salle à manger cuisine indépendante et la partie nuit avec ces trois chambres, à l'étage une suite parentale avec salle de bain et terrasse complètent la distribution. Le jardin de 1500 M2 avec sa piscine chauffée et ses grandes plages entourées d'arbres agrémenterons d'une ombre agréable vos moments de détente en famille.

La grange

Nous louons une grange entièrement rénové de 120 m2 située à Sablet dans le Vaucluse. La grange est au milieu des vignes sans voisin à proximité, elle garantie une tranquillité et un calme assuré. Les villes et villages à côtés classés garantissent des visites touristiques d’exception avec la ville de Vaison-la-Romaine ou encore de superbe randonnée avec les dentelles de montmirail et pleins d’autres activités. Le piscine de 10m2 en travertin est accessible du mois de mai à octobre.

La maison a vue sur le Ventoux, La maison est autonome mais elle peut également être louée avec une maison voisine avec 4 couchages supplémentaires. La piscine (ouverte du 1er juin à fin septembre) est sous le village à 5 min à pied avec une très belle vue.

Tenebi is a peaceful 5 bedrooms Provencal retreat with a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the vineyards of the Rhone Valley. The house is set on a hilltop behind the charming village of Sablet, surrounded by pine forests and vineyards. There are extensive private grounds and two outside eating areas - one under the shade of a Tilleul tree and with views of the Dentelles de Montmirail, the other for evening dining with sunset views over the Rhone Valley.

Stone villa with pool, only 5mn drive to town

Authentic Provencal villa in stone with modern confort. Ideal location, it is only 5mn drive to Avignon center or 25mn by foot. The area is very calm. There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
