Location Location Location! Birkelunden is the perfect location to stay when visiting Oslo. You'll be in the heart of Grunerløkka with everything right outside the door. Shopping, restaurants, bar's, parks, supermarkets og close to the tram and bus that will take you to almost every place in Oslo within 5-15 min. Tram (11, 12, 18) and Bus (21, 30) is right outside that takes you to, Aker Brygge/Tjuvholmen, Frogner, Majorstuen, City Center. Airportbus is stopping 1.5min walk from the apartment.

Sentral og lys leilighet med god takhøyde i rolig sidegate. Soverom ut mot bakgård, stue ut mot en liten park. Leiligheten har en populær beliggenhet med kort vei til kaféer, restauranter, shopping og parker. Trikk og buss like utenfor døra. Kort vei til Karl Johan og Bogstadveien. MERK: Leiligheten er mitt private hjem med personlige eiendelerer i fjerde etasje uten heis. Nøkkelen hentes med EasyPick på annen adresse (åpningstider: 08-00, 09-23 på søndager). Ca 5 min å gå fra leiligheten.

Sun all day balcony, Modern 1-bedroom

This apartment is perfectly placed in between two lovely parks: Torshovdalen + Torshovparken. It is a beautiful building from 1920 and the apartment has been renovated recently. The subway is a 5 min walk and the bus to the center is on the doorstep. Grünerløkka is a short 15 min walk away. There are four sand volleyball courts 500m away. Latest check in time is 22:30 500NOK fee if it is later. Cleaning costs in Oslo are 1200NOK for two hours. I have put 500NOK so we share the cost.

Bright and nordic style apartment in Sagene (Oslo)

A cozy and nordic style apartment in Ila/St. Hanshaugen (Sagene). The location is between the urban areas as Vulkan, Grünerløkka, Alexander Kielland, Sagene and Torshov, where you can find coffeeshops, restaurant and boutiques etc. The bus right outside the apartment take you to city center in Oslo approximately 10-15 MIN. (departure 4-8 min). Airport bus to Gardemoen goes from Sagene. There is also parks in Torshov and Sagene if you need to get away from the «big city feeling».

Welcome to my cozy apartment, ideal for up to 2 guests. It features a comfortable bedroom, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and modern bathroom. Guests also have access to a shared rooftop terrace on the 11th floor, perfect for relaxing at any time. Conveniently located near shops and public transport, it’s an excellent choice for a comfortable stay. Please note that one small private room is locked and not accessible. Smoking is also not allowed indoors.

My apartment is surrounded by the beautiful parks Botaniske Hage, Tøyenparken and Sofienbergparken. The popular Grünerløkka is just a short walk away with the coffee shops, restaurants, concert venues, shops etc. Just outside the building you can take both buses and trams which will take you downtown in 5 min. Or you can enjoy a 15 minute walk. No TV, but a projector and Hdmi-cable is available for streaming. My dog is never in the flat when it is rented out on Airbnb.

An apartment in a peaceful and centrally-located area. Busses going in all directions of the city is only a 4 minute walk away. There is also a supermarket around the corner of the building. The bedroom has a 140x200 cm bed. Clean bed sheets and towels is provided. Sagene is a peaceful and cozy area with cafes and neighbourhood restaurants.
