Queen size bed with crisp linens, a kitchen with basic necessities for cooking/eating, full bath. Hardwood floors, guest controls heat/air condition. This space is located on the 2nd floor of a historic bldg so it may not be compatible for mobility challenged folks as it has a large carpeted stairway. It is meticulously cleaned after each guest. Rental license # STR26-0389 We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place are in walking distance.

There is a separate entrance and I will text when I am going to be down in the basement. It would only be during the week (between 11-4), not every day and usually less than a half hour. ***

We have a great location. It is 10-15 min from downtown Ann Arbor and the stadium, but once you come home, you will enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. You can go for a walk in the woods, breath the clean air and rejuvenate. The apartment is cozy but spacious, and surrounded by woods. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
