A convenient train stop from the airport is 10 min away. Salt Lake Express stop is 6 min. An Artisan coffee shop is across the street.

This is a one bedroom basement apartment, with its own private space and entrance! WE DO LIVE UPSTAIRS FULL-TIME. (this is our home and some noise/footsteps should be expected) We’re conscious of our guests and keep quiet. The home is located in a safe cul-de-sac with plenty of street parking. The Apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, Queen bed, Huge TV, and a large living room space. Make yourself at home in the spacious backyard including a basketball court and swing set.

Come relax at our unique little wooden house; an oasis right in the city. The Millstream Chalet is situated directly on a creek that comes fresh from the mountains. Sip your coffee on the front porch while you take in the sounds of nature, enjoy a view of the falls from the dining table, and sleep late up in the cozy loft. From the front door you are roughly 30 minutes away from 6 major ski resorts, numberless mountain hikes, and 15 minutes from the bustle of downtown. Come and enjoy!

Downtown Aves drive in Garage Studio

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish studio space NO cleaning fees! The low price for a night is 1 person stays are most common here. Super quiet and clean space. This is a contactless stay. Great location for hiking and walking on the hill with amazing views. Close to hospitals: LDS, Shriner's, Primary Children, U of U, Huntsman. I regulate the AC and heat however there is a fan and heater. If you want more or less just ask. You can have a third guest I have a Full size futon.

The Wonky Staircase

Keep it simple at this peaceful & centrally-located place. Lovely 600 sq ft studio in my backyard. Spacious for 2 people, comfortable for 4, & hot spot for a group on a budget. Unique open loft style. With quite a wonky staircase. Upstairs in the loft there is a Queen bed and a twin daybed/couch. There is also clothing storage. Downstairs there’s a full sized futon/couch. Private bathroom and shower. Kitchenette with basic amenities. (No grill or oven).

Welcome to the 1905 Green House duplex. Newly remodeled with every amenity including new appliances, washer and dryer, dishwasher, KING bedroom, a queen tempur-pedic sofa bed and PRIVATE large full-fenced patio. This get-away has everything you will need to enjoy SLC. It's walkable to cafes, coffee shops, grocery stores and on the bus line to access to trax, hospitals, convention center and the Salt Lake Valley. Next-door duplex can also be rented!

This private guest suite in Cedar Hills is nestled in a quiet neighborhood at the foot of Mt. Timpanogos, minutes from American Fork Canyon, Alpine Loop, and the Murdock Trail giving you access to scenic views, hiking, climbing, biking, golfing, skiing, and anything outdoors. We are 10 minutes to I-15 providing easy access to many Utah County attractions & businesses. We are just 35 minutes to either Provo or Salt Lake.

Garden Apartment in 9th & 9th

Charming 1912 remodel in the 9th & 9th neighborhood providing multiple restaurants and amenities within walking distance. Front porch overlooking garden (with potential for seasonal vegetables) and (work in progress) back yard. The space is a duplex in which I live on one side and am always willing to provide recommendations or anything you may need, but the apartment is completely separate, so you can relax in privacy.

Sweet Salt Lake City Ensuite

Being in the upper avenues of Salt Lake City this place has beautiful views of the impressive mountains with the city below. Sunrise and sunset can be enjoyed from the front porch and back deck. A short walk through the neighborhood with beautiful homes from different income levels leads to a streamside walk through City Creek Canyon or a walk to City Creek Park that leads directly into the beautiful downtown area.

This centrally located stay in North Salt Lake is close to Downtown SLC, Lagoon amusement park, the airport, ski resorts, hiking and restaurants. A perfect crash pad for touristing in SLC. Salt Lake is home to natural, historic, and religious attractions, along with nearby skiing and mountain-based adventures. We are sure our upscale little suite will make you feel at home.
