The yard has a tramp, swing set, fire pit, grill, ample seating, grazing horses (directly behind) and a nearby community pool that can be scheduled for just your group. This is a perfect retreat for families with kids. Enjoy the country vibe in the heart of the city. Close to ski resorts, Utah Lake, and more.

Charming cottage in the heart of Sugarhouse. New kitchen, wood floors. Private back yard, covered parking. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Easy access to the U of U, Westminster College, & ski resorts. We allow pets, with a $50/pet fee. It is not permitted to leave pets outside unattended. Thanks for being considerate! Full disclosure: It has toilet, tub/shower and sink, but the bathroom is pretty small and tight! Check-in instructions provided 24 hours prior to arrival.

Close to downtown SLC, the U of U campus, convention center and public transportation. If you just want to get away, this is the place. You will find light snacks, an assortment of teas and coffee and a Keurig Coffee Maker waiting when you arrive. We also provide disposable razors, makeup towelettes and Ibuprofen, as needed.
