30 day minimum per city ordinance-Quiet backyard space in the city. ,9th&9th shops,coffee, restaurants.Guests love the location and proximity to the U (a bus stop is 1/2 block-to U) and downtown is a quick Uber ride and bike ride. Parking is right next to the unit you have your own little courtyard to come and go as you please. Easy stay in SLC. I do have chickens, a fat cat, and a couple dogs that are not allowed in your courtyard. Also, no animals allowed in the bnb so it is allergen free.

Great for short or long stays! Beautifully restored Victorian home. Private guest entrance. G-Fiber internet. Comfortable futon bed with plush mattress. A folding door with latch separates the bedroom from the living area of the house, providing privacy. Includes private guest bathroom (with shower, etc). NOTE: guest bathroom is through the kitchen, NOT connected to guest bedroom. Quiet, lovely middle class neighborhood. Looking for nice, respectful lodgers who love peace and quiet.

Cottage at 15th and 15th

This 1913 cottage is in a large backyard behind the main house. It can accommodate 2 adults and a child. The cottage is in a very quiet neighborhood with cafes and a book shop right around the corner. We are a few blocks from Westminster University and 2 miles from the University of Utah. Sugarhouse Park and the Sugarhouse business district is one mile away. We are 4 miles from downtown and 30 - 50 miles to the mountains. It is about 5 minutes to the freeway depending on traffic.
