In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Herzlich willkommen im Schloss Rauchenbichl im Herzen von Salzburg Stadt. Unser neu renoviertes Appartement befindet sich in einem historischen Gutshof am Fuße des Kapuzinerbergs und ist nur einen gemütlichen Spaziergang vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Der Rauchenbichlerhof ist ein imposantes denkmalgeschütztes Schlössl, mit eigenem Barockgarten, welches erstmals im Jahre 1120 namentlich erwähnt wurde und in welchem 1831 die frühere Geliebte des französischen Kaisers Napoléon I. lebte.

Willkommen in meinem gemütlichen Apartment am Rande des Hohe Tauern Nationalparks. Der perfekte Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen und die Aussicht auf die Berge zu genießen. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Skigebiete wie das Gasteinertal oder das Kitzsteinhorn. Im Sommer findet ihr hier zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zu wandern, zu klettern oder zu mountainbiken und könnt euch danach im Naturpool erfrischen oder in unserer Panoramasauna mit Blick auf den Hochkönig entspannen.

Unser Chalet im Obstgarten bietet die idealen Voraussetzungen für einen erholsamen und entspannten sowie erlebnisreichen Urlaub. Egal ob ein Familienurlaub am Programm steht, ihr einfach die Ruhe und Sonne genießen oder sportlich richtig aktiv sein möchtet: bei uns kommt jeder auf seine Kosten! Wir sind Bernadette und Sebastian vom Aicherhof und freuen uns, dich hier bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen und einen kleinen Einblick in unseren vielfältigen Alltag zu geben!

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Ein romantisches Studio in einer kleiner Ortschaft in unmittelbarer Nähe von Salzburg. Nur 25 min. mit dem Bus trennen dich von der Stadt. Der Bus fährt durch die schönsten Teile von Salzburg : Schloß Hellbrunn, Zoo Anif, Untersberg mit der Untersbergbahn. Außerdem ist die Schokoladenfabrik, die Schellenberger Eishöhle, das Waldbad Anif und die Königsseeache nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Die Lage ist die optimale Kombination für Natur- und Kulturliebhaber.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
