Full equipped kitchen with fridge and coffee machine (coffee included). The garden and the terrace invites to relax. Ideal bus connection to the city center. Next to the highway exit „Flughafen“ or „Salzburg West“. It´s located near the airport, outletcenter and some shops like pharmacy, cinema, bakery, cafe and so on are located in the near.

In nur 10 Gehminuten sind Sie im Zentrum der Marktgemeinde Mondsee und am See, sowie in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto in Salzburg. "Cottage IKA" is an older, cozy single-family timber house with a small garden and is located in a quiet, green area. Walking 10 minutes you are in the center of Mondsee and at the lake “Mondsee”, in 20 minutes by car in Salzburg.

Die Unterkunft bietet Platz für bis zu 10 Personen und verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder, 2 Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen idyllischen Außenbereich. Das Haus ist nur 2 Minuten vom Skilift (Skigebiet Hintersee/Gaißau - leider diese Saison außer Betrieb) und 5 Minuten vom Badesee entfernt und bietet perfekte Möglichkeiten zum Wandern oder Mountainbiken. Perfekt geeignet für Familien und größere Gruppen.

Unser gemütliches, neu renoviertes Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage mit eigenem Eingang in Hallein. Es bietet eine Wohnfläche von 150 m² und somit Platz für Gruppen oder Familien bis zu 8 Personen. Das Haus liegt 4km von Hallein und nur 7 km von der Festspielstadt Salzburg entfernt und ist von der naheliegenden Bushaltestelle ( 400m ) schnell erreichbar. Für Sportler Sportzentrum Rif ist 2km vom Haus entfernt Parkplätze für ihre Autos, stehen ihnen direkt vor dem Haus zur Verfügung.

Das Ferienhaus liegt neben unserem kleinen Bauernhof auf einer grünen Wiese, umgeben von Wald, am Stadtrand von Salzburg. Du hast ein ganzes Haus für dich allein. Bei uns führt keine öffentliche Straße vorbei, es ist also ruhig und doch der Stadt so nah. Vor dem Haus befinden sich kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten und in wenigen Minuten (0,7km) bist du bei der Bushaltestelle um in die Stadt zu gelangen. !!!!!!!!! Bei Buchung von nur 2 Gästen ist nur das Erdgeschoss geöffnet !!!!!!!!!
