Swim to Schlitterbahn Water Park, walk to downtown New Braunfels and Landa Park and easily access to MANY more area attractions. This gorgeous half-home is an ideal getaway for your family. QUARANTINE FRIENDLY with a no-contact policy, you and your family or guests will feel safe vacationing here.

River Roost

River Roost is a family vacation spot on the lake that sleeps 6. It is 3 miles off Interstate 35, located in a quiet neighborhood with access to 50 feet of waterfront. It is a quick trip to downtown New Braunfels with features such as Schlitterbahn waterpark, tubing, antique and grocery stores, department stores, and a great selection of restaurants. A guest binder is provided with information about the area and surrounding communities.

Cabin by the Creek

This is a rustic studio style cabin. This cabin sits on a dry creek bed, overlooking a pond. We have basic furnishings, along with a very comfortable queen metal framed bed, in a 384 sq. ft. living area, and 400 sq. ft. of covered deck. A small kitchen with most amenities, a large claw foot bath tub, outside a relaxing covered deck and fire pit await you. You can also look at our other cabin, “Cabin by the Pond,” on AirBnb.
