All amenities including a tiny kitchen and full patio. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. There are no public roads going through or next to the property, preserving the tranquility and peace of the area.  My land is 13 miles from the Pacific ocean and enjoys a relatively mild yearly climate, and features giant boulders and native wildlife.
