This tiny home comes with full bay access (paddleboard provided), community pools (seasonal), tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, playground, a short distance to the beach (beach chairs & beach/pool towels included) and local restaurants. You will have a ground level private entrance with a keyless self-check-in. Located in the quiet North End of Sandbridge Beach, you will have a 5-minute walk to the beach. The apartment offers a spacious king bedroom, an upscale bathroom with a tiled shower, a kitchenette, a dinette, and a living area with a sofa and smart TV with Wi-Fi streaming.

Welcome to Surfside at Sandbridge!!! Sandbridge is the northern most portion of the OBX!!! Location location location. this tiny home is 3 years old and was previously a vacation property. This will be it's first year on airbnb. there is a queen adjustable bed in the master and two twins in the loft. There is room for a air mattress in the loft also. This unit comes fully stocked for everything you'd need for a beach vacation. Towels..chairs..beach canopy..boogie boards..ect.

**Newly RENOVATED for 2025**. Trident Cottage is a 2 bedroom 1 bath mobile home situated on a waterfront lot on Back Bay….the beach is a quick 5 minute walk across the street. We include at no extra charge, everything needed for a vacation at the beach! All linens, Beach towels, beach cart, chairs, tent and cooler. Just bring your swim suit and flip flops! I provide you with 2 beach cruiser bikes at no extra charge. Resort amenities are available for your use.
