A quiet place by a quiet bay at the countryside. There is no public transport. The road to our place is a narrow road up the hill towards the mountain Beinisvør. By the town Lopra (before the tunnel to Sumba) you turn right. "Um Hestin". Before the top of the hill, turn left: Víkabyrgi. Our house is the last one on your left side. Naturoplevelserne er lige udenfor døren. Gåture i fjeldet, fiskeri, havbad, fugle, blomster, tang, foto, maleri, ro men også venlige mennesker. Retreat eller aktivitet, velegnet til begge dele. My traditional Faroese house is located on the southern island, Sudoroy, surrounded by breathtaking nature with public transportation right by the door. The 2 hour ferry trip to the island, return ticket about 11 euro and 37 euro with car, is beautiful. Newly renovated house decorated stylish and simple with danish designs. A cozy little cottage on our farm in Kirkjubø. Well equipped kitchen and living room in one. A loft with double mattress. Hallway with closet, washer/dryer, and a bathroom. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, dining table, and TV. Equipped with all the necessities for a pleasant stay.

We renovated this old boathouse 2021. The house offers you a peacefull sanctuary to collect your thoughts. 5 minutes walking distance to groceryshopping. Bus stop to the rest of the island is oposite the house as well. There is a bed for two people.
