Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

In estate vicino ai sentieri per escursioni verso Ciampinoi, Monte Pana e Alpe di Siusi. In inverno partendo da casa con gli sci ai piedi si arriva direttamente sulla pista da sci Sasslong B del Ciampinoi collegata con il comprensorio del Sella Ronda. Characteristic ancient alpine hut from beginning of 1900, recently restructured keeping original characteristics, all in stone and larch wood, cropped here. Furnished in a unique and artisan way. It has electricity from a photovoltaic installation, with solar panels for hot water and a floor heating. It has a big kitchen-living room with fireplace, wood stove, big bathroom with shower, double bedroom, with bunk bed and a loft with place for other beds.
