Welcome to Santa Fe! This charming studio cottage and my home share the property in this quiet residential neighborhood. The cottage is full of Santa Fe charm with a cozy, pretty interior, skylights and lots of natural light, a fully-stocked kitchen corner, handmade cabinets, Mexican tile, one comfy queen-sized bed, and a private garden patio. It's a quiet haven but centrally located, just 2 miles from the Plaza/downtown. It's a lovely place for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

This private casita is located in the South Capitol district of Santa Fe within close walking distance to the Railyard, a slightly longer walk to the Plaza. Multiple restaurants and shopping are located less than a 10 minute walk away. Decorated with mostly antiques, we have given it a modern flair of crisp white linens and a cozy down comforter for the cool nights in Santa Fe. There is a full kitchen that has been recently updated and private outdoor patio with cafe table and umbrella.

Charming, spacious, bright and clean private duplex casita in a beautiful forested setting, 15 minutes outside Santa Fe on historic Route 66. Walking trails, outdoor table and chairs near the pond, lovely gardens, chickens, trampoline and firepit are all part of a welcoming healing atmosphere on five enclosed acres. Excellent for a special retreat, an amazing rest-stop or as a launch site into any of Northern New Mexico’s remarkable destinations. Not for children under 7 years old or pets.

My place is 1.2mi from the plaza in a conveniently located residential neighborhood. With its small, simple, Santa Fe style, you'll feel at home right away! The main room has a kiva fireplace & sofa as well as a full kitchen & small dining area. There is a separate bedroom with a closet & washer/dryer. The enclosed, private courtyard is perfect for kids & pets. This guesthouse is separate from, but next to my home where I live with my partner, our son, and fuzzy dogs!
