The house consists of two rooms (bedroom and living room), transformed into a single room, equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. Two balconies, one overlooking the main course and the other on the inside of the building. Within walking distance of all the main points of interest, free street parking and all around there are pubs, restaurants, bars, supermarkets.
