Las Mañanitas is a newly constructed beach villa overlooking the sunrises and the coastal line of the Pacific Ocean. The villa's three bedrooms accommodate up to 8 people. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and balcony, with an amazing view to the ocean. Living room, dining room and kitchenette all within the same living area, with frontal view to amazing infinity pool. The villa is located inside a gated community with security 24/7. It has direct access to the private beach.

Just 25 minutes from the airport, Vaivén is the perfect oceanfront getaway. Enjoy a private pool, hammocks by the sea, spacious outdoor areas, and beautiful sunsets accompanied by the ocean breeze. The property is rented exclusively to one guest group at a time, accommodates up to 5 guests, and includes one bedroom. The second bedroom remains locked and is not part of the reservation.
