Grill steaks on the BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. Farm fresh products for purchase at our farm store, including our own pasture raised beef. Lake George and Saratoga are both very close by. Our home is sure to impress with plenty of room. Rain or shine you can enjoy the waterfront on either of the enclosed porches. Enjoy the sunrise while never leaving your master suite. Beautiful indoor fireplace to warm up to on a chilly day. We have two kayaks you are welcome to enjoy.

Waterfront cabin 9 - Kayaks - 24 mins to Toga

Watch the boats pass by as you enjoy the views from this stylish riverfront camp in the heart of the Capital District. Towpath Landing is a collection of 19 waterfront cabins that I am bringing back to life. Cabin 9 has expansive views of the Erie Canal/Mohawk River, fully stocked kitchen with granite, huge front porch with table, gas grill and relaxing chairs PLUS a screened in back porch for relaxing with a woods view. Kayaks & tubes at the common area between 9 &10.

Wildlife Lakeside Cottage; views/wildlife

Fully furnished and remodeled with new upgrades in Spring 2025 including a cathedral master bedroom suite with a full bath. Our private cottage is set on a peninsula at a cove where a trout stream enters the lake. Incredible amount of wildlife, especially all types of birds. The home has sunny views everywhere. Seasonal weeds do grow in the adjacent lake which can impact water activities, especially in the summer months. Sleeps 6. Ther are two full and one 1/2 baths.

Cozy Retreat in the Trees

Time travel to 1958 in this architectural gem! This mid-century modern glass and wood cabin is 300 yards away from a charming small lake. The house is NOT on the lake itself, but it is surrounded by trees in a lovely secluded spot. The only heat is a wood stove... but there is a 4-person cedar barrel sauna in the woods that is electric. A classic 1952 Spartanette travel trailer serves as an extra bedroom. This is a true retreat for romance and adventure.
