Al giardino si accede dai due piani e dona alla casa pace e riservatezza. Si arriva al mare a piedi in 5 minuti. Le spiagge di S’Archittu e Santa Caterina si trovano a 5 minuti di macchina, quelle della penisola del Sinis a 30 minuti e la zona costiera di Bosa si raggiunge in 40 minuti.

Casa edificata secondo i principi della bio architettura, in legno Xlam con altissimo potere coibentante garantisce un fresco benessere naturale. Nel giardino ,pieno di fiori, Rose e rampicanti profumati , un limone centenario ombreggia la zona dedicata al pranzo all’aperto. In 15 minuti , percorrendo una strada tra uliveti e campi di grano, le incantevoli e incontaminate spiagge di quarzo bianco dell’Area Marina Protetta “Penisola del Sinis”. Tutt’intorno numerosissimi siti archeologici .

The property is a villa placed in a little valley on a plot of about one hectar. The accommodation is superbly located on a panoramic valley floor overlooking the gentle hills all around. The house is an old stone mansion leaned against a big wall of rock. It is made up of three different stone buildings connected by a little courtyard and dating back to the 18th century.
