One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Mini casetta immersa nel verde del golf mini Valbruna. La casetta è la seconda su una piccola collinetta. Dentro troverete un letto matrimoniale, frigorifero, moka elettrica ,tostapane ,microonde ,bollitore e caffè ,merendine ,pane da toast ,marmellate .Nel bagno doccia ,lavandino e wc con bidet incorporato. Per raggiungere il golf mini attraversate il paese verso le montagne di roccia e venti metri prima di arrivare sulla strada che porta in valle a sinistra c'è l'indicazione del Golf mini.

Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco a 1500 mt, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. Families with children as well as couples will feel very much at home here. I'm happy to give holiday advice for any guests visiting in summer or winter.
