Sandstranden precis nedanför huset är lika attraktiv sommartid med badbrygga och strandbar, som vintertid för härliga promenader. Flera sittgrupper i olika etage. Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, 6 km från Ystad. Mycket goda kommunikationer ca 150 meter från huset, tåg till Ystad och Simrishamn eller Malmö och Köpenhamn. I annekset er der stue, stort køkkenalrum, 2 værelser (i det ene er der en dobbeltseng, i det andet er der 2 enkeltsenge), stort badeværelse og entré. Fra boligen er der 5 min. på cykel til færgen, 10 minutter på cykel til stranden og 0 minutter til indkøb og midtby. Der er egen terrasse, hvor der er god plads til at hygge og nyde vejret. Ydermere har annekset egen parkering lige ved døren.
