The Chalet is nestled on 12-acres in the village of Esperance, New York, in the heart of the Mohawk Valley. Drive down the tree-lined driveway, and you come to the chalet to your left, and in front of you, your own private 5-acre pond. The pond is the star of the property; anyone who enjoys the outdoors will agree. You can enjoy kayaking, swimming, and fishing. The pond has bass, perch & blue gill. Bring your pole and test your fishing skills. Just a 50-minute drive down Rt20 to Cooperstown.
