Situated among the golden sand dunes with a sea view, it is the ideal place to spend a nice holiday in total relax and peace. From here you can admire stunning sunrises and amazing sunsets. The apartment is completely refurbished and furnished with care. It is consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed, a terrace with sea view and a private car park.

The house is in San Guglielmo behind Santa Maria la Nova Church, is the old part of town. Is a beautiful and quiet location. The house is made in a traditional way with wood and stone floor and thick walls, there is also a terrace in one side where is possible to have dinner or drinks looking at the Padre Pio square and enjoy the night breeze. Is possible to reach Scicli with a bus from Catania airport or Comiso, although having your own car to visit the neighboring area is recome

Nella zona adiacente alla casa si trova un giardino con una piccola piscina per bambini utilizzabile anche dagli adulti in estate.

Dalla veranda si gode un panorama unico e stupendo della punta estrema della Sicilia con a destra il Mediterraneo e a sinistra il Mar Ionio.
