The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Il piano terra è composto da soggiorno con due vetrate che danno sul patio, camino, divano letto, bagno con grande doccia e cucina moderna con isola in acciaio, con tre porte finestre per accedere alla zona pranzo esterna con bbq. A cozy stone and wood chalet with amazing views of the Apennines, surrounded by nature with a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Taking a break amongst nature and culture

The property is situated in the hills of Tuscany, just 30 minutes from Florence, in an area that is rarely visited by tourists and which still retains its traditional Tuscan charm. It is an old stone farmhouse, originally built as the summer residence of the local Bishop. The large house is subdivided into two parts; guests will be using the main portion of the house, while a smaller part is kept empty but not available for guests.
