Charming Carolina Beach Cottage – Walk to Beach, Boardwalk & More! This upgraded 1900s cottage is in the heart of Carolina Beach—just 2 blocks from the ocean, boardwalk, restaurants, and shops. Central to all things CB, yet tucked on a quiet street. Unwind on the breezy front porch, then explore local favorites or take a short drive to Fort Fisher, the aquarium, or downtown Wilmington. We love this home and the easygoing CB vibe—and we hope you’ll feel like a local the moment you arrive.

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Wilmington's "Jungle Room"

We would like to extend a warm Southern welcome to all of our Guests staying in Wilmington's "Jungle Room." The separate Guest room is set in a beautiful tropical garden full of interesting and fascinating plants-palms, staghorn ferns, colorful bromeliads, and many more. One of our hobbies is propagating these plants because of their beauty and overall dramatic effect. If we've done it right, you can easily imagine you are in a tropical rain forest right here in Southeastern NC!

Guests who brings pets will be charged $25 per pet and this is non-refundable.
