Do Water Sports From a Modern Beach House With a Hot Tub

Awaken in a handcrafted driftwood bed refreshed and ready for a day at the seaside. The main floor has double-height ceilings and large windows where light cascades in to illuminate a modern, airy space. Open sliding doors to let in fresh ocean air. Sand Dancer was built in 2017 and shares communal grassy areas with its neighbours. There’s a South facing private deck with a hot tub. Most of the neighbours are also holiday homes; respecting each other’s space is important. A car is recommended to access the area’s places of interest, although trains & buses run locally too. A visitor folder gives lots more information on outings. Although we live some distance from the house, we are available by phone. We also have local support from our excellent house keeping team. The house is in Beadnell, an unspoilt fishing village on the Northumbrian coast, close to the shops in Seahouses. Bottlenose dolphins are often seen during boat trips. The area is rich in imposing castles, Neolithic rock art, and outdoor activities. The best way to see as much as possible & make the most of your visit, is by car. Sky TV full package is provided Smart TV. Cycles to be kept in the secure outside store. No cycles in the house. Hot tub to be used as guests’ folder explains. (Not to be used with fake tan) Private deck area is not suitable for disposable BBQs as they would damage it (made from recycled materials). However, the beach or paved area is perfect for them! Please do not allow children to use the smart lock. Repeated incorrect entries will disable it for a time & can set off the tamper alarm. It’s a 5 minute walk to two beautiful dog-friendly beaches, the harbour or to the centre of Seahouses where you will find the pubs, restaurants and good range of shops. A good sized, enclosed garden, garden furniture and a shed for bikes or paddle boards. Private parking for up to 3 cars. Perfectly placed to enjoy the outstanding natural beauty of the coast and all it has to offer.

The Net House

High season (Apr - Oct) Easter, half term and Christmas/New Year 7 day min. Changeover Friday, except Christmas and New Year. Low season (Nov - Mar) Weekend (Fri - Mon) and midweek breaks (Mon - Fri) 7 and 14 night breaks also possible. Please get in touch. The Net House is a bright, cosy cottage in the heart of Seahouses, a short walk from a beautiful beach on the Northumberland coast. Just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Seahouses. Bamburgh is a short drive (or a 3 mile coastal walk)

Flat 4 - Cliff House

Comfortable, quiet, harbour-front holiday apartment with spectacular views and accommodation for 4 (we can take 6 but send a message to us before booking if there are more than 4 in your party) on the edge of Seahouses. Views out to the Farne Islands where you can see countless sea birds - or stay put and watch the wildlife from the apartment. We do use our flat whenever we can but are keen to share it rather than leaving it empty - everyone is welcome. Get in touch if you have any questions.

Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

The Sands is a dog friendly fisherman's cottage in central Seahouses, only a few minutes walk to the harbour, beach & restaurants. Private parking space suitable for a small car (parking permit for Main Seahouses carpark too). Real open fire, gated front garden area with seating. The cottage has a private membership for a local leisure club; facilities inc an indoor heated pool. We are a great base for lots of activities including the Farne Islands, Holy Island and Bamburgh Castle.

Wildhope View, Bilton, nr Alnmouth

Wildhope View: A detached, characterful, stone cottage - especially for two. Located in the historic hamlet of Bilton, a stone’s throw away from the vibrant village of Alnmouth. A wonderful spot from which to explore the rugged Northumbrian coastline, idyllic countryside and magnificent, enchanted castles. Wildhope View is a cosy, romantic retreat with spectacular views of the rolling hills of the Aln valley and the, “18 arches” viaduct built in 1849 by Robert Stephenson.

The Lookout @ 3 Cliff House

The Lookout is a beautiful, spacious and well-appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor flat with a mini balcony, boasting uninterrupted, majestic views. Direct access to the coastal path and overlooking Seahouses Harbour and the Farne Islands, with Bamburgh Castle and even Holy Island visible in the distance. A perfect place from which to explore this dramatic and stunning coast. I'm afraid we are unable to accept pets. Dedicated parking is available for 1 car.

The Fat Puffin - Cottage in Seahouses 1 bedroomed

The Fat Puffin at 1 The Old Bakery is a perfect spot for your Northumberland Coastal holiday. This is a one bedroomed cottage set over two floors. The cottage is furnished to a high standard and it is only a short walk to all of the amenities that Seahouses offers. The cottage consists of 1 double bedroom and bathroom, located on the ground floor. To the first floor there is an separate living room and kitchen. Includes a parking space outside of the cottage.

The Harbour House is a newly converted and beautifully furnished holiday cottage offering accommodation for up to 6 guests in 1 huge Superking Master Suite, one King and one Twin room. Private parking for one car and on street parking for another. Please note this can be booked in conjunction with The Sea House (sleeps 6) which is next door.
