We are about 5 blocks from the beach, 4 blocks from Broadway and directly across from the Necanicum River. After a fun beach day, our 440sq foot space is a perfect spot to cozy up and relax. In the bedroom you will enjoy sleeping on our luxury queen mattress or maybe you’ll fall asleep in front of the fire on our queen memory foam sleeper sofa.

Two blocks from Broadway, three blocks from the historic Promenade and ocean, and the Necanicum River flows through the backyard. The river is ideal for kayaking, birding and taking in the mountain views. With such incredible walkability you never have to drive once you settle in at Otter Cottage. If you decide to venture out, there are many options for exploring.

There's a peek-a-boo view of the Ocean over the the parking lot & beach grass, where the beach path begins :) 1-2 Pets are allowed for $50. The queen bed sleeps two guests comfortably. The sofa twin beds are best suited to youngsters. The condo is a third floor unit with stairs, no elevator.
