Welcome to our quaint and comfy one-story 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath beach home! Watch the ocean while relaxing in bed, washing dishes, having a meal, or lounging in the living room. Ocean and or Mt. Views from any room in our home. Enjoy the outdoors on the back patio while sitting in our hot tub, or lounging on the outdoor furniture. Just 1/2 mile to eateries, groceries, seaside golf course, and the beginning of the Seaside Promenade. Only 2 miles to Seaside Downtown.

This suite features three skylights in the main area, flooding the space with natural light, with an additional skylight in the bathroom. The space includes a kitchenette with a quaint dining area. Relax in the king-size bed outfitted with luxurious linens, ideal for unwinding as you watch your favorite shows on the smart TV. This unit offers a love seat that unfolds to reveal a comfortable twin bed for an additional guest. This room does not allow pets.

The short distance walk to the beach is only about 4 houses away to the beach and a block away from the river. Our home is ready for your holiday retreat and Seaside is open for business. Please no group parties, as our neighbor is peaceful and we respect our neighbors.
