Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Cape Cod House with Marina/Bay View

It is a quaint cape cod style 3 bedroom and 2 bath home with a large deck and outdoor shower on a secluded, quiet block by the Barnegat Bay. The backyard has an amazing marina view & the front a breathtaking bay view of the sunset & Mathis Bridge. The home is in a residential, family friendly neighborhood. For this reason, we do not accept younger guests (25 yo+). Its secluded location provides a more quiet stay and easy parking within close proximity to all of Seaside Park's attractions.

BEACHFRONT HOME with incredible ocean views! Steps to the beach and a 5 min walk to the boardwalk, this location could not be more convenient for a fun and relaxing getaway! Spacious rooms offer plenty of areas to gather OR spread out when you need it. Upper balcony is a favorite spot to watch the sun or moon rise over the ocean. 8 badges, beach chairs, bed linens, bath towels, & household basics included! We do not accept bookings for unrelated groups under the age of 25. No pets, sorry!

Welcome to our cozy 2 bedroom condo in South Seaside Park! Walk to see sunrise at the beach or sunset at the bay. Our unit is a block from the pristine Whitesands beach by Island Beach State Park(IBSP). Walk along the beach towards the serenity of IBSP where land and sea wildlife can be spotted. Go crabbing at the nearby fishing piers. Explore the Seaside Heights boardwalk or walk to dine at locally famous restaurants. Come stay at our condo! Comfortable beds and modern amenities await!

There are piers for crabbing & watercraft rentals here; bring your bikes, fishing poles or just beach chairs....

This is a perfect apartment for a beach vacation! Enjoy waterfront views of the bay on both sides of the apartment as well as a private deck with stairs to backyard and lagoon.
