Zu der Wohnung gehört eine Terrasse, von der aus man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge genießt. Zudem können der Yogaraum, die Sauna (g.G. 20€), das Quellwasserbecken, das Heimkino, und die große Terrasse mit Grill und Feuerschale mitbenutzt werden. Schneeschuhe sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
